I spent 7 years in an Executive Search firm, Transearch International, where I sharpened my direct search techniques and recruited senior executives, C-level leaders and top managers across Industry, FMCG and Professional Services.
I then moved in-house, leading the Recruitment & Employer Branding strategy for 8 years as Head of Recruitment France at adidas — a global leader in the sport and retail industry.
