Our services are structured around four complementary areas of expertise: 

Executive Search & Strategic Recruitment 

Tailor-made support for companies in the recruitment of complex or strategic roles: expert, middle or top management profiles across sectors including industry, digital, retail & fashion, FMCG, hospitality, and professional services. 
Precise targeting, direct sourcing, structured assessment. 

Talent Acquisition Structuring & Strategy 

Consulting on the organization and strategic development of in-house recruitment functions: process design, tool optimization, recruiter and manager training, and project management (onboarding, inclusive hiring, employer branding, etc.). 
Interim Talent Acquisition Management is available to take on temporary leadership of recruitment functions (operational oversight, team upskilling, management of critical hires). 

Career Coaching & Employability 

Individual coaching for professionals (executives, recent graduates, or individuals in transition): CV overhaul, interview preparation, career positioning, and job search strategy. 

Training & Educational Interventions

This timeframe allows for tailored follow-up and the potential for future opportunities aligned with the individual’s profile and goals. 
After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
