Play an active role in Reebok’s Rebranding and Market Acceleration in Germany !

To support this momentum, we are looking for anexperienced Key Account Manager ready to drive growth across the North Rhine-Westphalia region by managing strategic wholesale accounts such as Deichmann and SNIPES, along with other key fashion and lifestyle retail partners.
This is a role for someone who knows how to drive performance with demanding retail partners, build credible growth plans, and deliver results in a fast-moving, competitive market.
Like Shaquille O’Neal redefining the game, you will build long-term partnerships, boost brand desirability, and lay the foundations for Reebok’s next chapter in Germany.
Your Mission
In this role, you take ownership of strategic accounts and drive their performance end-to-end.
You lead the full sales cycle from pre-sales to sell-out, ensuring that each commercial lever is activated with precision.
You build and execute data-driven account plans, translating key KPIs such as net sales, margin, and sell-out into clear and actionable strategies.
You negotiate and optimize commercial terms with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth. At the same time, you ensure strong brand visibility and execution at retail, working closely with Trade Marketing to deliver impactful activations across both online and physical channels.
You collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize business performance.
You also act as a true business partner, continuously improving processes, leading seasonal sell-in presentations, and ensuring strong in-store execution. You stay close to the market, monitor competitors, anticipate trends, and identify new growth opportunities, while securing successful product launches and consistent sell-out performance.
Your Ideal Profile
Proven experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, within fashion,lifestyle sportswear, or lifestyle retail environment, with a track record managing strategic retail accounts, typically gained over 6–10 years of experience.
Analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate KPIs and complex data into actionable recommendations.
You have a strong connection to sneaker culture and the fashion & lifestyle ecosystem. You understand what drives brand desirability, how collections resonate in the market, and how to translate product storytelling into retail performance.
Experience with sports specialist accounts such as running or football is a strong plus.
Authenticity and energy, you stand by your ideas and engage clients and teams with impact.
Proactive and self-driven, you identify opportunities and move projects forward with autonomy.
Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), and comfortable operating in an international environment.
You are ideally based in the NRW region, around Essen, Düsseldorf or Cologne, and able to ensure a strong and regular presence with key accounts across this core market. Profiles based up to Frankfurt can be considered if they are ready to be frequently on the ground in the region.

Location & Package
- Hybrid home-office role, based around the North Rhine-Westphalia region or Frankfurt, with frequent travel to key accounts across Western Germany
